TubePush ("TubePush", "we", "us") is a tool that generates SEO-optimized YouTube titles, descriptions, and tags using AI, and optionally pushes them to your YouTube channel. The Service is operated by Aadit Shah. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to enter a binding contract. You sign in with Google or a magic link sent to your email; you are responsible for keeping access to that inbox and Google account secure, and for all activity under your account. We do not store your Google password. One person or business should not operate multiple accounts to obtain extra free generations — see §5.
Connecting a channel is optional. Google's consent screen asks for permission to read your channel/video data and update video metadata in one connection flow. TubePush only writes a title, description, or tags when you explicitly review the proposed changes and click Push. We request only the scopes needed for those features and comply with the YouTube API Services Terms of Service. You can revoke our access anytime at Google Account Permissions. You may also analyze a channel by pasting its public link, with no YouTube OAuth connection.
Titles, descriptions, and tags are produced by third-party AI models from the video's transcript and related data. Output can be inaccurate, generic, or unsuitable — you are responsible for reviewing and editing anything before you publish it to YouTube. We make no promise about views, rankings, watch time, or any SEO result. As between you and us, you own the content you publish, and you are responsible for ensuring it complies with YouTube's policies and applicable law.

We may rate-limit, suspend, or terminate accounts that abuse the Service or breach these Terms, and may remove access without refund where abuse is involved.
Usage is measured in generations (called "credits" internally). New accounts created with Google receive 3 promotional generations; email-only accounts do not. Once those are used you must buy a plan or a top-up to continue.
Current plans and prices are shown on our pricing section. We may change plans, limits, or prices going forward; changes apply to your next billing period, not retroactively.
Payments are processed by DodoPayments, which acts as the Merchant of Record ("MoR") for your purchase. This means DodoPayments is the seller of record for the transaction and handles payment processing, invoicing, and the calculation, collection, and remittance of applicable taxes (such as VAT/GST/sales tax). Subscriptions renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. Prices are shown before checkout; any taxes are added or included per your jurisdiction as determined by DodoPayments.
You can cancel a subscription anytime from Billing or the billing portal; you keep access until the end of the paid period. Our refund terms — including the money-back window — are described in the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which is part of these Terms.
TubePush depends on third parties including Google/YouTube, OpenAI, DodoPayments, and a transcript provider. Your use of features that rely on them is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, changes, or actions. See the Privacy Policy for how data flows to these providers.
You may delete your account anytime from Settings. Deletion permanently removes your profiles, generation history, and connected-channel data as described in the Privacy Policy. Cancel any active subscription before deleting your account.
The Service — including its software, design, and branding — belongs to Aadit Shah and is protected by law. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service. You may not copy, resell, or create derivative products from it.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation, the accuracy or quality of AI output, or that using the Service will improve any metric on YouTube. You use it at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aadit Shah will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, except where mandatory local consumer-protection law gives you other rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
